Come and get an hour of strengthening, sculpting, cardio, and stretching. This class leaves nothing out making sure to incorporate all body parts and all components of a full body work out. This class is sure to make you 'feel it' the next day.

HARDCORE

One of the best ways to prevent injury is to have a strong core. Come to this class to ensure you have strength in your core muscles that reside in the area of the belly and the mid and lower back. This can be accomplished with ab work along with many other stretching and strengthening exercises for your back.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

BOOT CAMP

Boot Camp consists of alternating high repetition segments of weight lifting and cardio conditioning. Along with these strength building and calorie burning components, agility exercises and calisthenics are thrown in to ensure a full body work out inside and out. Watch your body transform as you kick-start your metabolism and build lean muscles.

20/20/20

Can you say high intensity? This 60 minute class combines cardiovascular exercise with resistance training making it a workout your body will soon not forget. Class is designed to burn fat and increase strength. This class may include the use of the BOSU, bands, stability balls and/or weights. Weather permitting, this class may go outside for the ultimate cross training experience.
