ab work along with many other stretching and strengthening
exercises for your back.

Can you say high intensity? This 60 minute class combines
cardiovascular exercise with resistance training making it
a workout your body will soon not forget. Class is
designed to burn fat and increase strength. This class
may include the use of the BOSU, bands, stability balls
and/or weights. Weather permitting, this class may go
outside for the ultimate cross training experience.
