Boot Camp

with Philip Wednesdays at 6:00pm

Millitary style calisthenics involving a variety of fast paced muscle and cardiovascular exercises. A cross conditioning group class, combining cardio with strength training. We are after overall fitness using a number of different methods from week to week.
The one thing we can guarantee is that you'll work
