Cardio Kickboxing with Myk Saturday at 10:00am The Cardio Kick Boxing class is structured with an easy to learn routine that allows you to have fun and not feel as if you are learning a dance routine. I also incorporate plyometrics to intensify the workout (with modifications) as well as high and low impact movements and we always close with abs and a cool down. These variety of movements gives your body a complete cardio workout.
