Emilee Jones
Personal Trainer
Emilee Jones began classical ballet training at the age of 4 and
continued with formal dance training until she was 17. Emilee
eventually turned her toe shoes in for a nice pair of Nikes and
started working out and taking fitness classes. She soon discovered
her true passion in life…fitness and nutrition! In 2001,
Emilee decided to make this passion her career. She loves
motivating and challenging clients with fun, fast-paced workouts.
And nothing is more rewarding than to see the dramatic
changes in their lives, once they add a healthy nutrition plan to
their fitness program. Emilee believes the best way to improve
overall fitness and health is incorporating positive changes into
your lifestyle. She feels that working out can be fun with the use
of creative, effective techniques to help her clients achieve the
results they desire. Improving your health and fitness levels
enhances your quality of life by decreasing stress and fatigue
and increasing self-esteem and energy. Emilee will develop a
customized program for you and work to help you reach your
health and fitness goals in the quickest and healthiest way
possible! Whether you are looking to decrease your body fat,
lose weight, increase lean muscle mass, core strength or train
for a specific event; she will give you the encouragement and
motivation you need to truly succeed!
