Kara Chrysler is a native of Colorado. She lives in Golden with her husband and two teenage children. They love skiing, biking, hiking, camping and anything "Colorado". She grew up in Longmont, where she began gymnastics at the age of 3. She loved competing and coaching the younger gymnasts, Kara was a program director and the girls' team coach at a club in Wheatridge.
Over 25 years of coaching experience and a love for all sports and recreational activities led her to a career in massage therapy. Kara works with her clients to achieve their goals, whether it is relaxation, pain relief, or helping to enhance their performance or flexibility. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage.
