Personal Training
Matrix Fitness and Spa has a unique and professional
training department. Each Trainer has a minimum of a College degree and a
National creditable certification. Matrix offers a variety of trainers
that range from a sports specific, rehabilitation, or functional
training background. Matrix trainers take pride in "preventive injuries"
creating an individualized program that helps with your specific needs
and functionality with everyday activities.

Premier Trainer
Bachelors degree in a health related field
1 national credited certification
2 years of hands on training experience (minimum)
Passed Matrix training regiment
Master Trainer
Bachelors degree and or Masters Degree in a the health related field
2 nationally credited Certifications
4 or more years of hands on personal training experience
Passed advanced Matrix training regiment
