Group Exercise

Group fitness is included with membership and gives you the benefit of working out in an environment that social and fun, as well as safe and effective with the guidance of an experienced instructor. Classes include Power Sculpt, Shredmill, TRX, XBike and Yoga.

Power Sculpt

This is a high energy class which consists of exercises that will increase strength and flexibility and condition every area of the body. The intensity is turned up just a bit to "power up" your workout. Instructors may use various types of equipment - weights, bars, floor exercise, and BOSU balls to develop, strengthen, and tone the body.


With a combination of high intensity interval and hill training, Shredmill helps build endurance for all fitness levels. This class mixes an hour of running, jogging, and sprinting. This is not your normal Treadmill workout. (This class is held on the treadmills)


This circuit training style class challenges you to take your strength training workouts to the next level. Suspension ropes force you to use your body weight as resistance. Timed sets keep your heart pumping as you power through reps at your own pace.


Increase your cardio strength and endurance with a single piece of equipment. XBIKES allow you to engage your upper body and core as well as your legs. This total body cardio workout allows you to enjoy the natural movements of cycling indoors!


Pilates focuses on core conditioning and promotes balance and flexibility. Walk away from this class with improved posture and core strength that resonates throughout the body.


This Vinyasa Yoga class allows for time in each pose to truly experience the effects of dynamic alignment and connection to the breath. This practice is interwoven with wisdom, poetry and music to inspire a balance between physical, energetic, mental, intuitive, and pure bliss states of consciousness.
