A customized training program specifically directed towards an individuals needs is the healthiest and quickest way for each client to reach their goals. Staying motivated is essential for success and that with the right encouragement and support, any goal can be achieved.
Emilee is experienced in using programs that are designed to increase muscle tone, core functioning and stability, aerobic capacity and endurance, weight loss or training for an athletic event. Emilee is ACE Personal Trainer and ACE Group Fitness Certified.
